Growmatic Plus collects only the information reasonably needed to answer enquiries, verify manual payments, provide course access, and support customers. This notice explains those current data practices.
LAST UPDATED · 27 AUGUST 2026During enrollment and support, Growmatic Plus may receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number, city, payment method, payment screenshot, transaction details visible in that screenshot, your optional enrollment-notification consent, and messages you send. Basic server logs may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request time for security and reliability.
The confirmed purposes are responding to enquiries, locating and manually verifying payments, providing course access through WhatsApp, delivering support, handling refund requests, and keeping necessary operational records. If you opt in and your payment is confirmed, only your first name and city may appear in a recent-enrollment notification.
The enrollment page receives payment proof for protected administrator review. WhatsApp is used for confirmation, course access, refunds, and customer support. Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay process the payment itself under their own privacy practices. Growmatic Plus does not process card payments.
Personal information may be processed by the website host, email provider, WhatsApp, and the selected payment service where reasonably necessary to operate the program. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect legitimate rights. Growmatic Plus does not sell enrollment information.
Payment screenshots are stored outside the public Media Library in protected server storage and are available only to authorized website administrators. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for payment verification, course access, customer support, fraud prevention, and applicable accounting or legal requirements. Enrollment-notification consent is optional and may be withdrawn through the official email or WhatsApp. You may also request access, correction, or deletion, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.
