Growmatic Plus accepts refund requests submitted within 3 calendar days of payment. Requests are reviewed manually using the payment record and information supplied by the customer.

How to request
Send the request to WhatsApp 0342 8969048. The support team will confirm receipt and review the request manually.
Refund and course access
Approved refunds will be returned using an appropriate available method. Course access may be removed after approval. The exact processing time will be confirmed by support during the review.
